ABOUT ME
A survivor of complex trauma, I provide a trauma informed approach of energy healing and self exploration to remind you of your autonomy and your inner strength. I will walk with you through the uncertain terrain, and help you heal yourself. I am passionate about reminding you of your own inner tools and capacity to heal.
Often, survivors feel like they are broken and will never be the same. I am here to walk with you, and show you that there is beauty and space for healing and joy in this new version of you. Not in spite of your experiences, but because of them.
